The certification, provided by the Great Place to Work® Hellas organization after a methodical and thorough process, results from the direct, anonymous and confidential evaluation of its employees.
According to the survey conducted as part of the certification, employees said they felt welcome from the moment they joined the company, whereas, they evaluated particularly positively the environment of cooperation, trust and understanding, the team climate, the feeling of camaraderie and the “human face” of Genepharm, which respects its employees and supports them in critical personal difficulties, offering them a sense of family.
