Genepharm offers communication channels for directors, employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders allowing them to report any misconduct — whether actions or omissions — that may violate, or potentially violate, laws, regulations, or the values outlined in Genepharm’s corporate policies and rules.
These channels also serve to report incidents that could harm the company, its affiliates, customers, partners, employees, or the public in general, whether the damage is financial, environmental, related to safety, or reputational.
Reports under Law 4990/2022 (protection of persons who report breaches of Union law / whistleblowing) may be submitted on a named or anonymous basis:

All reports will be treated with seriousness and with the utmost confidentiality and integrity, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, while the interests of all parties involved will also be duly considered.
