The mission of the Pharmacovigilance Division is to safeguard public health through the continuous monitoring of the safety of medicines. The department monitors, collects, records, evaluates and reports adverse reactions to medicinal products on the market and those under investigation in clinical trials, as dictated by European legislation, with a view to taking action where and when required.
